Sniper Hiding(woodland)

In order to get a good shot and not be seen, you must have a good hide.  Your hide can either make or break the mission.  Good hide= blends into environment, good view of target, defendable.  Bad Hide= sticks out, can't see anything, easily overrun.
OK so now that the importance of a good hide has been stressed some, allow me to teach you how to make yourself a good hide.
The Basic Hide (woodland)
To build a basic hide, take 8 long sturdy sticks and sharpen the points.  Pound the sticks into the ground, two beside each other, in a V formation or wall formation.  Leave enough room in between them to allow more sticks to be laid horizontal.  The black dots are your sharpened sticks.  Gray lines are the wall sticks.
then take sticks a little longer then the distance between your sticks and stack one on top of the other to form a wall.  Once this is completed,  take natural vegetation and weave it into the sides and layer it in front of the hide.  KEY do not make your hide walls too high.  2-3 feet is enough.  Branches can also be placed over the top and more vegetation can be applied.  Just try and make the hide become one with the environment.
KEY the front of your hide should face your target.  You should not have to strain to see the target.  The target can be a single person, building or a wide area.
As for defendable.... keeping it hidden is the best defense.  Keeping your eyes and ears open and on alert aids in your defense.  Also, keep your secondary weapons close, just in case.

Key Points
-Blends into environment.
-use the environment around you to camouflage your hide
-Good view of target
-Do not give yourself away!
